On Assignment: Tuskegee Airmen
Yesterday, 10/6, LPC hosted an original Tuskegee Airmen. Lt. Col. Alexander Jefferson spoke for over an hour about his experiences as a Tuskegee Airmen. It was an honor to photograph this man and hear his stories of flight, war, German POW camps and the emails.
I don’t want to/cant indulge to much more as I was on assignment for the Las Positas Express and we will have a story and images published next week about the event. However I do want to share one image of the extraordinary man.

Tuskegee Airmen, Lt. Col. Alexander Jefferson takes a second for himself while showing a movie clip about himself during a speaking event at Las Positas College on Wednesday, October 6. Jefferson described the clip as glamour and that he loves it. Jefferson was shot down during WWII and was held by the Germans as a Prisoner of War for 9 months.
